In the main menu on the left, open the 'Forms' module.

Click the settings gear icon at the top right.

Select the 'Notifications' tab.

Choose the types of status changes for which you want notifications.
​

Turn on notifications for the relevant form categories.
​

Enable push notifications to receive updates on Mapon Manager's app and the platform.
​

Add SMS (additional costs apply) or email notifications if needed and click SAVE.
