How to add and manage clients in the Forms section

In the 'My Clients' tab, you can add new clients, view your client list, and manage existing ones. If you use route planning, your client list will automatically sync with your route planning database.

Add a new client

  1. Go to 'Forms' and switch to 'My clients' tab.

  2. Click ADD A NEW CLIENT to create a new client profile.

  3. Enter the required client details, such as name and address (can select location on a map). ​

  4. Optionally, you can add contact information and set a working time for the client. ​

  5. Click SAVE to add the client to the list.


Edit or delete client

  1. Go to 'Forms' and switch to 'My clients' tab. ​

  2. Use the search bar or filter options to find the client you need then either:

    • To edit a client, click the pencil iconnext them, update the client information as needed and click SAVE.

    • To delete a client, click the trash bin iconand confirm deletion.
