How to Set Up and Manage Clients in the Forms

Add a New Client

  1. In the main menu on the left, open the 'Forms' module and switch to 'My clients' tab.

  2. Click ADD A NEW CLIENT to create a new client profile.

  3. Enter the mandatory client details, such as name and address (can select location on a map).

  4. Optionally, you can add contacts and set a working time for the client.

  5. Click SAVE to add the client to the list.

Edit or Delete Client

  1. In the main menu on the left, open the 'Forms' module and switch to 'My clients' tab.

  2. Use the search or filter options to find the client by criteria such as country, ZIP post code, or city.

  3. Click the pencil icon next to the form to edit it.

  4. Update the client information as needed and click SAVE.


  5. To delete a client, click the trash bin icon and confirm deletion.
