Here you will find the steps that your employees or drivers would need to follow to fill out a form from the Mapon Driver mobile app.
Fill out a new form
To fill a form in the Mapon Driver app:
Tap the Forms icon
in the main menu at the bottom.
Tap the New Form icon
at the bottom right to start a new form.
Select the type of form you need to fill out.
Enter the information required in each field of the form.
Attach any necessary files or photos by tapping the '+'
button at the bottom right.
Review the information you have entered.
Sign the form (if required).
Ask the client to enter their name, surname, and to sign the form (if required).
Tap Submit to send the form to the web platform for the managers to review.
Continue filling out a form
If a form has been left unfinished and needs to be completed, you will be able to see them in the Forms section of the mobile app with a greyed out icon where you can select it to finish it.
📘 Unfinished forms will have the "Draft" status on the web platform.
To continue filling in a previously started form:
Tap the
Forms icon in the main menu at the bottom.
In the list, find the form that hasn't been submitted yet. Unsubmitted forms will be marked with a grayed-out icon.
Check the previously entered information, add missing information or adjust if needed.
Delete or attach any necessary files or photos by tapping the '+'
button at the bottom right.
Review the form information one last time.
Sign the form (if required).
Ask the client to enter their name, surname, and sign the form (if required).
Tap Submit to finish filling out the form.
