You can add the following types of custom fields to a form:
Simple input: A text field for notes or additional details, such as specific shipment instructions or delivery comments.
Multiple selection: The block allows asking a question with multiple possible answers.
Dropdown: Allows employees to choose from pre-defined options, like delivery method or payment type.
Yes/No: For Yes/No questions like "Was the cargo inspected?" or "Is the delivery on schedule?"
Client select: Use this block if you want the employee to specify the client to whom the company service was provided (client needs to be created in the 'My clients' tab).
