Currently, all forms in Mapon are accessible to users with permission to view or fill forms in the Mapon Driver app.

We’ve designed it this way to ensure important forms are readily available when employees need them most, with managers always having the final review on the web platform.

If targeted access to specific forms becomes a widely requested feature, we’re eager to explore options to meet that need!

In the meantime, you can manage user permissions for the forms section on the platform or limit the access to Mapon Driver to only authorized employees, ensuring that forms are completed by the right team members.
