Once a form is submitted, it’s locked for editing to maintain the integrity of the data.

However, if any changes are needed, you can always delete the existing one and ask the employee to submit a new one with correct information, or if the form hasn’t been submitted yet by the employee, it may still be possible to update it.

We’re always looking for ways to improve, so if editing submitted forms becomes a highly requested feature, we’ll definitely consider it for future improvements!
