If you can’t see certain blocks or data, it’s likely due to access permissions.
Each user only sees data from the units they have access to. If a user doesn’t have access to a specific section, they won’t see related blocks or data on the Dashboard.
To adjust a user's access rights, go to Settings ➡ Users, find the specific user and then Edit the modules and sections they have access to.
The required access permissions for each block are:
Fleet efficiency: Fleet Efficiency section;
Driving behaviour: Driving Behaviour section;
Working time: Work Times report;
Mileage: Summary (drivers) and Summary (vehicles) reports;
Fuel: Fuel section.
🔔 If a user loses access rights to a section, they will also automatically lose access to any of the Dashboards blocks that take data from that specific section.
