How to change route type for completed routes

🚨 If the route-hiding feature is enabled for your company account, you won’t be able to change the route type in the platform. However, the driver can adjust the route type in their Mapon Go account.

  1. In the main menu on the left, open the Reports module.

  2. Find and open one of the following reports: Routes or Route report.

  3. Filter the report to locate the route that needs adjustment, selecting the relevant vehicle and time period.

  4. If you selected the Routes report, ensure the Private and Work columns are enabled under 'Enable/disable columns'.

  5. Locate the specific part of the route that needs to be changed from Private to Work or vice versa, using stops or time as a reference.

  6. Check the box in the corresponding column to mark the route type, or switch all routes at the top.

  7. Return to Route History on the map to confirm the changes were saved. The routes should appear as blue for Work or grey for Private.
