Private routes can be hidden to protect certain route details while still displaying stops, mileage and driving time. In this case, instead of showing the full route, a straight line will appear between stops, which are displayed always when the ignition is off or according to the route calculation settings (typically for durations longer than 3 minutes with ignition on). To enable this feature, simply reach out to your Client Project Manager or our Support Team, and they’ll activate route hiding for your account.
