To initiate a new conversation:
Go to the
Messaging module.
Open the relevant tab for your chat on the left navigation bar:
My Messages, Workspaces (select a workspace), or SMS.
Click the messaging icon
and select 'Send new message'.
✅ If you haven't selected a chat, you can also click SEND NEW MESSAGE on the right side.
In the pop-up window, search for a recipient by user or driver.
Type your message (and optionally attach files
and/or share a specific location 
).
Click the green arrow icon
to send the message.
The new chat will appear on the left.
🔔 Selecting multiple recipients will create separate chats with each recipient, not a group chat.
