How to customize Messaging notifications

📘 By default, all message notifications are enabled.

To personalize Messaging notifications:

  1. Go to the Messaging module.
    ​

  2. Click Notifications at the top right corner.
    ​

  3. Select one of the available options:
    ​

    • Enable all notifications
      ​

    • Enable notifications only from 'Favourite' conversations
      ​

    • Enable notifications from specific users (and select which users)
      ​

    • Disable all notifications
      ​


      ​

  4. Click SAVE to apply your choices.
