🔔 If you're constantly receiving emails from CircleK about new logins from unrecognized devices, it's posible your are still using the older version of the Circle K integration.
Activation
To set up the integration between Circle K and Mapon, a new user must be created in the Circle K platform and a new integration must be activated on our platform:
Go to the upper right corner, open the User Management menu, and select Add user.
Add a new user with an email address: [email protected].
Choose the company accounts to which you want to allow access. In other words, you’ll receive transactions to our platform by your chosen companies.
Determine what actions the new user will be able to do. In this case, there is no need to manage the cards. Click SAVE.
To activate integration you will need a partner number and a partner name. To find this information go to your CircleK account and open the Cards section.
Open the Edit columns and choose to show the Company ID and Company Name. Click SUBMIT.
Copy the Company ID and Company Name, and paste it in our platform when adding a new fuel integration. Click NEXT.
📘 After adding the integration, you'll need to wait a few days for it to show in your account, as both we and the fuel card provider need to take some actions.
After the activation is successful you can edit the integration, choose what fuel cards to use and link them to your vehicles.
🚨 If you switch to the new CircleK integration, it is recommended to delete the old CircleK integration to avoid data duplication. However, do not delete all integration data, as this would result in the loss of previously received fuel receipts. Instead, select the option DELETE CARDS AND INTEGRATION.
🚨 Temporarily blocking your fuel card in the CircleK system and restoring it later will delete all previously uploaded fuel receipts. After reactivation, only new fuel receipts will be uploaded.
