When you open Map → Tasks, the Planning section shows the Fleet overview: a card for each vehicle with its current or next task and the task after it, with their planned times and addresses. You can check progress, the assigned driver, and other key information without leaving the main view. See What is the ‘Tasks and routes’ solution?.

A card shows tasks only from routes you have sent to the driver. A vehicle whose routes are not sent yet shows No current tasks.

Each vehicle card has three blocks:

This block shows the task the driver is doing now. If no task is in progress, it shows the next task (the first one not started yet), with its planned time and address.

The task’s icon shows its status: green means the task is in progress, and blue means it has not started yet:

This block shows the task that follows the one in the first block, in the planned order, with its planned time and address. It helps you plan ahead, especially for routes with many stops:

This block shows live tachograph data if you use our Tachograph solution and the tracking device receives live data from the vehicle’s tachograph:

If there is no live tachograph data, the block shows Tachograph Data not available.

When the block is active, it shows: - Time driven now and next rest - Time driven now and remaining driving time for today - Remaining daily driving extensions - Remaining daily rest reductions - Daily rest start time
