What can I see when selecting a vehicle? — Tasks and routes

When you click a vehicle’s card under Map → Tasks → Planning, the Single vehicle view opens. It gives you full control over planning routes and tasks for that vehicle, along with monitoring tools.

Features

Plan and send routes

All of the vehicle’s routes are listed under Routes, each with its tasks in the order the driver will complete them. You can add a route with + Route, add tasks with + Task inside a route, and change a route or task that has not started from its menu.

A route reaches the driver only when you click Send to driver. A sent route shows Sent; if you change it afterwards, it shows Send to driver again until you send the latest version. See “How to send a route with tasks to a driver”.

The vehicle’s routes are listed under Routes:

Note: You cannot move a task or route from one vehicle to another. To keep work open for any vehicle, plan it in the Pool first, then move or duplicate it to the vehicle.

Map tracking

Use the built-in map with basic Map functions to follow progress, spot route deviations, and analyse the situation in real time. The map uses HERE data, with live traffic and road restrictions, and has a Search box and map controls:

Tachograph data

If you use our Tachograph solution, you see live tachograph data whenever the vehicle ignition is on and the driver’s card is in slot one:

This view is the central place for monitoring, planning, and analysing a vehicle’s tasks and routes.
