When Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled for your user account, you will need to verify your identity with a code sent to you.
The steps below explain the full login process, including where to find the verification code and how to enter it.
Logging in with 2FA
Visit the login page of the platform and enter your email and password as usual.
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to you through the method specified by your organization's administrator (SMS or email).
📘 Please note that the method used to send the verification code is determined by your company's administrator.
Check your mobile phone for the received SMS — or access your email inbox to find the verification code.
Enter the 6-digit code into the 2FA prompt on the login page.
🔔 You will be given 60 seconds to enter the code you have received.
If the time expires, you will be able to request a new code.
After you enter the verification code, the system will check it. If it’s correct, you’ll be logged in to your account. This extra step helps keep your account safe by adding another layer of protection.
Trouble logging in with 2FA?
If you can’t log in, it may be because your phone number was recently changed or your email address in the user profile is incorrect.
After three unsuccessful login attempts, a message will appear showing the contact details of your company’s responsible person. Please reach out to them for assistance.
If no contact details are shown, contact the appropriate person in your company who can help you with login issues.
