You can easily set up an alarm to get notified when your electric vehicle’s battery reaches a certain level. This helps you stay informed about your vehicle’s charge status and plan charging times more efficiently.
Follow the steps below to learn how to create and customize a battery level alarm for your EV.
Set up the alert
Go to
Settings -> Alert settings
Click the ADD NEW ALERT button on the top right corner.
Under "Technical alerts" look for the "Battery level" alert.
For "Remind below" add at what percent you want to be alerted once it is reached. For example: I want to be alerted when it reaches 10%.
For "Pre-remind below" add at what other percent you want to be alerted.
This is useful to be alerted before the previously mentioned percentage.
For example: I want to be alerted before 10%, so I will add to be alerted at 20%.
Select which vehicles or vehicle groups should have this alert.
Select where you would like to receive the alerts. You may add as many emails and phone numbers as you need.
✅ Use our "To active driver's phone" or "To active driver's email" options to send the alert to the drivers that have selected (or have been assigned) to those selected vehicles. The alerts will be sent to the phone or email on their driver's profile. Learn more here.
Click the SAVE button at the bottom.
You’ve successfully set up your battery level alerts according to your preferences.
From now on, you’ll receive notifications in the channels you’ve selected, ensuring you’re always informed about your EV’s battery level.
