Getting the credentials from Repsol
To activate this integration, you need a set of credentials provided by Repsol.
Please contact Repsol directly to their email [email protected] and request the following details for our integration:
Client ID
Client secret
User
Account number
Repsol will review your request and provide these credentials.
It will always be necessary to sign some terms and conditions related to API and data sharing before issuing the credentials.
Activate the integration
Once you receive your credentials and confirmation that API data exchange is active, you can proceed to activate the integration:
Open the platform and go to
Fuel -> Fuel cards.
Click the "Integration settings" button on the top right corner.
On the top part of the window, click on "Repsol (Solred)"
On "Integration name" enter any name for your integration.
Enter the credentials you have been provided and enter the "Entity code"
(0220 for Spain or 0966 for Portugal).
Optionally, you can choose a starting date, from which you want fuel receipt data (from Repsol) to be imported to our platform.
The historical data available for importing will have a maximum of 18 months and it will include the import and fuel costs during that time.
Click "Next".
📘 After adding the integration, the information will be available in you account in a short time.
Once Repsol generates the user credentials, the data can be available immediately. On the Mapon side, activation of the integration can normally be completed in approximately one hour.
After the activation is successful you can edit the integration, choose what fuel cards to use and link them to your vehicles.
