To see where and when a switch was Active (1) on past trips (coloured route segments with event markers), follow these steps:
Go to
Online Map.
Click a vehicle in the left-hand Vehicle list or on the map to open the Vehicle Data Panel.
Go to the 'Routes' tab.
Choose the date you want to review.
Click the switch icon on the vertical toolbar (top-right of the map) and enable switch events on map.
🔔 If the switch icon isn’t presented in the toolbar, no switch is currently mapped to this vehicle's tracking device. Please, reach out to your Mapon representative or Support Team.
Review the route:
Click any segment or marker to view timestamps and details.
