Renaming a switch or changing its logic (what is shown as ON or OFF) is not a setting you can change in the platform yourself. These are CRM-level settings configured by Mapon.
If the switch:
Has an unclear or incorrect name (for example, you want to change it from Fuel drain to Fuel drain alarm), or
Shows inverted logic (for example, ON when the equipment is actually OFF, or the other way around),
please contact Mapon so we can adjust it for you.
You can:
Reach out to your Mapon representative (if you have one assigned to your account), or
Contact the Support Team and describe:
Vehicle or unit name/licence plate number
Which switch needs to be changed
What new name you want
How the ON/OFF logic should work (if appears to be inverted)
After the change is made, the new switch name and correct logic will appear in the platform, reports, and alerts.
