The statuses below help you understand what is happening with the vehicle, whether any action is needed, and if the integration is working correctly.

The vehicle's status with the Volkswagen Group OEM integration can be found on the "Status" column.
Statuses
Status | What it means | What is happening | Action needed? |
Eligibilty check | Vehicle is being validated | The system is checking if vehicle can be onboarded | No action needed |
Onboarding | Vehicle is being registered | The system is connecting the vehicle and is preparing the data | No action needed |
Active | Vehicle is active and operational | The vehicle is connected and sending data | No action needed |
Error | Issue occurred | The system encountered a problem | - To fix the issue, follow these instructions and retry

Not eligible | Vehicle cannot be onboarded | The vehicle does not meet the requirements | Delete vehicle |
Deactivation in progress | Vehicle is being disconnected | The system is removing the connection | No action needed |
Deactivated | Vehicle is inactive in the integration | The vehicle is not sending data | Activate once again |
