IDEM devices are known for tracking trailers and cargo conditions. With this integration, you no longer need to switch between platforms to check on this data — it's available right in our platform.
What data does it provide?
The integration brings data from your IDEM devices into our platform.
Which data points are shared is configured on the IDEM side, and our platform displays the data that IDEM sends to us.
Depending on your IDEM configuration, it could include:
Real-time location: see where your IDEM-equipped trailers or assets are at any moment.
Temperature data: View temperature readings from your IDEM-equipped assets.
TPMS / tyre pressure: keep track of tyre pressure to catch issues early and avoid unnecessary downtime.
Axle weights / axle loads: monitor load distribution to help you stay compliant and protect your vehicles.
🔔 The data available in our platform depends on what is configured and shared by IDEM. We display the data we receive and cannot add or adjust these data points.
If you need different or additional data points, contact IDEM to arrange your configuration. Keep in mind that the selected data points may affect pricing on IDEM's side.
Data frequency
For moving vehicles, updates can arrive anywhere from every 1 to 15 minutes (depending on the data frequency you've configured with IDEM).
When a vehicle isn't moving, you'll get a live ping once every 8 hours by default.
Once connected, all data received from your IDEM devices is activated automatically — there's no need to activate each unit separately. If you'd like to stop receiving data from a specific unit, you can deactivate it at any time.
