The Fleet section offers several filtering, searching, and sorting options to help you quickly find the vehicles or other units you need.
Whether you want to focus on specific units, groups, depots, or camera availability, you can easily narrow down and organize the information displayed in your Fleet table.
Search bar
Use the Search bar in the top-right corner of the Fleet section to quickly find specific units. You can search by vehicle name, VIN, registration number, or other identifying information to find the unit you need in the table.
Vehicles, groups and depots
Use the Select vehicle filter above the Fleet table to find individual vehicles or units.
Search by vehicle name
Under the Individual tab, use the search bar to type in a vehicle name, then select it using the checkbox to display it in the table.
Select individual vehicles
Click the Select vehicle filter and open the Individual tab. Scroll through the list of available units and mark the checkboxes next to the vehicles you want to display in the Fleet table. You can select multiple units at once.
Select groups
In the Select vehicle filter and open the Groups tab.
Select one or multiple groups using the checkboxes to display all vehicles/units belonging to those groups in the vehicle list.
Select depots
In the Select vehicle filter and open the Depots tab.
Select one or multiple depots using the checkboxes to display all units assigned to those depots in the vehicle list.
Filter by visibility
Use the Visibility in reports filter to choose which units to display based on whether their data is visible or hidden in reports.
This helps you manage both currently tracked units and units that are no longer actively tracked.
Filter vehicles with cameras
Use the Cameras filter to find vehicles based on their camera availability and status.
You can choose to display vehicles with cameras, vehicles with live video available, or vehicles with offline cameras, making it easy to find the ones you need.
Sort by column
You can sort the vehicle list by different columns to organize your units and find information more easily.
Simply click the arrow
next to a column name to sort its values, and click it again to switch between ascending and descending order.
