Understanding 2FA Warnings

In the first column in the table you can see whether we have detected warnings for the particular user.

Click on the warning icon and warning description will be displayed.

There can be two types of warnings:

  1. User does not have a valid phone number

    • To address this warning, navigate to the particular user's profile settings by clicking on the hyperlink provided in the last column of the table. Then, edit their phone number in User profile settings.

  2. User does not have compatible mobile application version

    • This may be due to the user having an older version of the Manager application that does not support 2FA. To resolve this issue, mobile application update is required:

      • Android devices require the Manager app to be at least version 4.4.4.

      • For iOS devices, the minimum required app version is 4.6.1.
