The Map is a key feature of the Online Map section, designed to help you navigate the platform easily. You can click and drag to move around or scroll to zoom in and out. The map includes various fields and icons for easy navigation, and its language matches your profile settings, which you can change anytime.

You will see it when you log in or just click on the Map icon on the top of the left menu panel.

The most important feature of the Online Map is the ability to see exactly where your vehicles are in real time. As your vehicles move, their location updates live on the map, giving you a clear view of your fleet at any moment.

To quickly find specific vehicles, you can use favorites, filters, the search bar, or even the nearest vehicles option, which helps you locate the vehicles closest to a selected point on the map.

Use the search bar to quickly find places, addresses, objects, or vehicles. Zoom in or out to explore different areas of the map.

Measure distances between points, plan simple routes for drivers, create objects, and enter full-screen mode to focus on the map. You can also find specific coordinates or addresses and activate route replay when the Routes tab is open.

Choose maps, manage layers, and display objects as needed. Group vehicle icons into bubbles showing the number of vehicles, which separate when zoomed in.

The Data Panel lets you monitor vehicle status, assign drivers and add trailers, track routes, see different notifications, and access detailed info directly from the map.

You can easily access the Tasks and Routes planning solution directly from the map. Just click on the “Tasks” tab at the top, and you’ll be taken straight to our advanced planning solution, where you can create and manage your routes.

Tracking Links let you share real-time vehicle locations via a URL. Generate a link, set an expiration time, and send it to others to view the vehicle's live or historical position.

Use the chat button in the bottom right, to message colleagues directly from the map without going to Messaging section.

In the Map settings window you can adjust how the vehicles in the map should look and what information is shown on the side data panel.

To access the map's settings, click the gear icon at the top of the vehicle list.

Inside, you’ll find several tabs with different configuration options, so you can tailor the map to your needs.

The Online Map is connected with most features and solutions in Mapon. It shows the core information of the platform — vehicle location, real-time data, and historical routes.

While this information is used across the whole platform, especially for solutions like Reports, Objects, Fuel, Carsharing, Driving behaviour, and Route planning.
