Why can’t I see all my vehicles? Why are one or more of them missing?

In the Online map section, if you only see one vehicle, or just a few vehicles when you log in, it may be because some vehicles are marked as Favorites.

When vehicles are marked as Favorites, our platform will automatically apply a filter that will only show your favorite vehicles first, so the rest of your fleet will be hidden.

To see the full list of your vehicles, click the “X” in the search bar. This will clear the Favorites filter and show all vehicles again.



Alternatively, limited permissions could restrict your view. Check with your account administrator if you think this might be the issue.
