The driver information may change automatically even after you update it manually because of data from the vehicle’s tachograph or the Mapon Driver app. If a driver card change is detected in the tachograph, the system will automatically update the driver info. Similarly, if a driver selects a vehicle in Mapon Driver, the previous driver may be removed, and the new driver will be displayed. Or if the driver has set auto removal from the vehicle in his Mapon Driver app settings.

To avoid these changes, make sure drivers only select vehicles when necessary and use a consistent driver assignment method.
