How to Customize 'Driver Documents' Section

Single-Time Filtering Options

  1. In the main menu on the left, go to Driver Management > Driver Documents.

  2. To filter documents by driver depots, select the desired depot if drivers are divided into depots.

  3. To filter by specific statuses, choose the status you want to display.

Open

The document is created and the expiration date is not reached.

Inactive

The document is added but the starting date has not yet come.

Due soon

The expiration date soon will be reached. Depends on how many days are specified for notifying before the end date.

Completed

Documents that have been completed (saved for future records).

Expired

Documents that still haven't been completed and the expiration date is reached.

✅ To view more records on one page, select the desired number of rows per page at the left bottom.

Customize Section

  1. In the main menu on the left, go to Driver Management > Driver Documents.

  2. Click on the Settings button at the top right of the documents table.

  3. Choose which columns you want to display by enabling or disabling each toggle button.

  4. Click SAVE to confirm your column visibility settings for future use.
