For the WEB version:
Direct chat: Simply send a new message to the same receiver, and the entire conversation history will reappear in the same chat.
Group or workspace chat: You’ll need to ask one of the other participants to send a new message. Once they do, the chat will be restored for you as well.
For a workspace chat: You can also send a message to the same driver to restore the communication history.
For the Mapon app for Managers and Mapon Driver app, it's simple — just send a new message to the same receiver or workspace. If it's a group chat, ask someone from the group to send a message, and the conversation will be restored in your list.
