Open the Mapon App for Managers on your mobile device.

Tap the Messages section at the bottom.

Stay on the Direct Chat & Groups tab or switch to the Workspaces tab at the top (and select the workspace).

Tap the plus icon at the bottom right.
​

Select a receiver (note: you cannot select multiple receivers).
​

Type your message and optionally add images or take a photo to attach.
​

Tap the green sending icon on the right to send your message.
​

Open the Mapon App for Managers on your mobile device.
​

Tap the Messages section at the bottom.
​

Stay on the Direct Chat & Groups tab or switch to the Workspaces tab at the top (and select the workspace).

Find the chat you want to add to or remove from favourites (use the search feature if necessary).
​

Tap and hold the chat until a pop-up menu appears.
​

Select Add to favourites or Remove from favourites.
​
