Open the Mapon Driver app on your mobile device.

Tap the Messages section at the bottom.

Tap the plus icon at the bottom right.
​

Select whether the message should go as a Direct message or to a Workspace.
​

Based on your selection, choose a receiver: User, Driver, or Workspace.
​

Type your message and optionally add an image, file, contact, location, or take a photo/scan a document using your mobile device’s camera.

Tap the green sending icon on the right to send your message.
​

Open the Mapon Driver app on your mobile device.
​

Tap the Messages section at the bottom.
​

Find the chat you want to add to or remove from favourites.
​

Tap and hold the chat until a pop-up menu appears.
​

Tap Add to favourites or Remove from favourites.
​

Open the Mapon Driver app on your mobile device.
​

Tap the Messages section at the bottom.

Find the chat you want to delete.

Tap and hold the chat until a pop-up menu appears.
​

Tap Delete conversation and confirm by tapping it again.
​

Open the Mapon Driver app on your mobile device.
​

Tap the Messages section at the bottom.

Find and open the chat containing the message you want to delete.
​

Locate the message you want to delete.

Tap and hold the message until a pop-up menu appears.

Tap Delete message.
