Updated this week

While editing or adding a vehicle's information, in the Technical information tab, you will find Mileage and Engine hours can each be collected from different sources. Here's how they are calculated!

Mileage

Mileage (CAN)

CAN mileage is displayed only for those vehicles which are equipped with telematic devices that support CAN data reading. CAN mileage will be displayed automatically and cannot be changed.

🔔 If CAN readings on the platform are not similar to the mileage data displayed on your vehicle's dashboard, please contact our team. The difference could indicate some issues with the device.

Mileage (GPS)

The GPS mileage starts to count from 0 from the moment the device is installed therefore it is important to customize GPS mileage so you can follow your vehicle's real mileage data on the platform. Also, it is recommended to customize GPS mileage from time to time by using real data readings from your vehicle. Due to technical specifications, the GPS mileage can differ from the data displayed on your vehicle's dashboard.

All GPS mileage recorded by the device will be counted to the start value you enter in the Technical information. To update the GPS mileage, click Change and enter the readings from your vehicle.
