There are several reasons why you might not find a message that was previously sent:dd
Driver profile and User account are linked - If the User account is linked to a Driver profile, messages sent from the Mapon Manager app will only be visible in the User account on the Mapon platform and the Mapon Manager app. Conversely, messages sent from the Mapon Driver app will only be available in the Driver profile and will not appear in the linked User's Mapon platform or Mapon Manager app.
Internet connection issues - Ensure that your device has a stable internet connection to synchronize messages properly.
Outdated Mobile app version - Check if you have the latest version of the app installed. If an update is available, update the app and check if the message appears.
