How to edit or delete a task

In the Tasks and routes solution, you can easily edit or delete a task whenever needed. If details have changed, the task is no longer relevant, or it was created by mistake, you can update or remove it in just a few steps. The instructions below will guide you through the process.


Edit a task

To make changes to a task:

  1. Go to Online Map and click the "Tasks" tab.

  2. Find and click on the relevant vehicle card (use group filters or scroll the list).

    🔔 Do not click on the licence plate — it will open the vehicle profile, and do not click on the driver’s name — it will open the driver profile.

  3. Locate the task:

    • If it’s in a Planned route, expand Planned, then expand the Route.

    • If it’s in a Drafted route, expand Drafts, then expand the Route.

    • If it’s Unassigned, expand Drafts and find it in the unassigned Tasks list.

  4. Open the three-dot menu on the task row.

  5. Select Edit task.

  6. In the pop-up on the map, make the necessary changes.

    📘 In the editing mode you can also change the vehicle linked to the task and assign it to a planned or drafted route for that vehicle.

  7. Click Save to apply changes.


Delete a task

To delete a task, follow the same steps to locate it, open the three-dot menu, select Delete task, and confirm deletion. The task will then be permanently removed from the route or from the unassigned tasks list.
