You can view live switch status and daily/total counters in the Online Map per vehicle or by reviewing Vehicle list in the same section (if the accessory switch is included in the Vehicle list's overview).
To see more stats about the switch along with other current vehicle parameters:
Go to
Online Map.
Click a vehicle in the left-hand Vehicle list or on the map to open the Vehicle Data Panel.
Scroll down to the 'Accessories' section.
Here for each switch (if multiple are in use) you’ll see:
Status: Active (1) or Inactive (0) - based on what you asked to be configured as the ON/OFF value.
Total worked: Total active time since this switch was enabled.
Today worked: Active time for today (00:00–23:59).
Today turned on: How many times the switch became Active today.
🔔 Switch labels and the values ON/OFF are shown exactly as they are configured. They are not translated when the user changes their profile language.
📘 If the switch state looks wrong or isn’t changing, first check whether the vehicle/unit appears black on the map — this indicates the tracking device isn’t sending data.
If it’s offline: wait for the device to come online.
If it’s online: verify the physical connection (if applicable), then contact Support Team.
