How to generate, log, and review driver feedback — Driver Coaching

Driver Coaching helps you turn performance data into meaningful feedback and coaching actions.

In this article, you'll learn how to generate AI-powered feedback messages, log any type of coaching sessions, and review a driver's coaching history to keep all coaching records organized in one place.


How to generate feedback

  1. Go to Driver Management -> Driver Coaching.

  2. On the Leaderboard, click on any driver.

  3. Click the "Draft Message to Driver" on top of the graph.

  4. Wait for AI to analyze and generate a feedback message for your driver based on their performance data and possible improvements.

  5. Edit the message if you need, and click "Copy to clipboard".

  6. Send the message you copied to your driver (paste and send via your preferred communication channel: WhatsApp, email, SMS, Slack, etc.).

  7. Select the topics covered to categorize the conversation in your log.

  8. Click the "Log Coaching Session" button, to keep a record of it.


Log any coaching session

You can log any coaching interaction with a driver, whether it was a message, phone call, or in-person conversation, helping you maintain a complete coaching history in one place.

  1. Go to Driver Management -> Driver Coaching.

  2. On the Leaderboard, click on any driver.

  3. Scroll down to "Coaching history" and click the "Log Coaching Session" button.

  4. Here you can add if it was a Message, or Call/In-person talk, the date, the topics covered, and any other additional notes about the coaching session.

  5. Click "Log activity" to document their coaching session.


View Coaching History

View a driver's coaching history at any time from the Coaching History section of their profile.

Quickly see when coaching sessions took place, which topics were covered, and their intervention type (Message or Call/In-person).

Click the eye icon to view the full details of each session.

This keeps all coaching records organized and accessible in one place.
