How to view your user's actions in the camera solutions

You can easily track all actions done by users in our camera solutions, complete with details like the DVR name, date, time, user, vehicle, section, and channel. This feature is designed to give you a clear view of activity related to your camera solutions, making it easier to manage and monitor user actions.

Simply go to Cameras ➡ Camera settingsAudit log.


Logged actions

The following actions will be logged when a user performs them:

  • Started live stream

  • Ended live stream

  • Played Event

  • Downloaded event video

  • Created sharing link

  • Deleted sharing link

  • Saved event

  • Deleted event

  • Bought storage pack

  • Edited description

  • Changed camera name

  • Changed channel name

  • Changed channel status

📘 Audit log stores user activity history for a whole year.


Use filters

You can apply filters to make browsing the table easier and faster. Simply filter the data by options like User, Vehicle, DVR Name, Action, or Date to quickly find the information you need.


Export audit log data

You can export table data by clicking DOWNLOAD CSV button on the top right corner.

After clicking the button, a CSV file with the table's data will be automatically downloaded.
