This can happen for two reasons:
First reason
A user who has permission to create new drivers has created a new profile for a driver without checking if the driver already has a profile.
Second reason
The driver received a new driver card for the tachograph, but the card ID was not updated in his driver profile. Therefore, when the driver's tachograph file was downloaded, a new driver profile was generated.
🚨 It is essential to update the driver's tachograph card ID when it is replaced. Otherwise, a new driver will always be generated for him and the tracking of his data will be affected in sections such as Driving behavior.
