The server needs to be active and well: If there's problems with the server or the server is down, it won't be possible to reach the tachograph for remote downloads.

Remote downloads need to be supported: When we first attempt to download a tachograph file (manual download or scheduled) on the Tachograph Solution section we can see the status for remote download support. Additionally, you can test tachograph vehicle files from any vehicle, even those unrelated to our platform, learn more here.

The ignition (sometimes the engine too) of the vehicle needs to be ON: If the ignition of the vehicle is OFF it might not be possible to reach the vehicle's tachograph.

The Company Card needs to be inserted into the server: Make sure the tachograph card is inserted well into the card reader, in some cases, it could not be inserted well by accidentally touching it.
