If a form is marked as 'Undone' or 'Incomplete', you can find it easily in the Forms section as the one without any status or by filtering for the 'Undone' status. This status allows you to follow up with the employee to fill in any missing details.
If the form was started by mistake, you also have the option to delete it to keep records accurate and organized. Once completed, the form’s status will update to 'Done' automatically in the system, ensuring all required information is captured.
