Updated this week

Our Fuel management solution provides insightful reports and charts, helping you make data-driven decisions to improve overall fuel consumption, compare vehicles and drivers, and even spot fuel theft!

Our solution offers precise fuel tracking with high-accuracy sensors, allowing you to monitor your fleet’s fuel levels and see average consumption over time, helping identify vehicles with the highest fuel usage and their routes.

Features

Important fuel data, all in one place

On one side of the Fuel Chart section, you can view all fuel-up and drain events, along with any fuel receipts you’ve uploaded. On the other side, there’s a detailed table with important data, including mileage, ignition time, fuel type, amounts of fuel added and drained, consumption rates, and average fuel usage.

You’ll even get a preview of the fuel graph for each vehicle, group, or depot, based on the time period you’ve selected.

Detailed fuel graphs

You can easily track and analyze fuel-ups and drainages for any vehicle over any time period with our fuel graph. This tool gathers data from both fuel sensors and the vehicle’s CAN, providing you with a detailed view of how fuel is being used. Whether you want to check a specific vehicle or an entire fleet, the fuel flow graph helps you spot trends, monitor fuel consumption, and ensure everything is running efficiently.

View all refueling events

In the Fuel Refills section, you’ll see a table that lists all refueling events. It includes details like the date and time, location, the amount of fuel before and after refueling, and even the difference between the two.

This data is collected from both the CAN and any fuel level sensors you have, ensuring you get accurate and complete information.

Stay alert of potential issues

In the Fuel Summary section, you’ll find an overview of fuel data from various sources, including any fuel receipts you’ve uploaded to our platform. Our system analyzes this information and will highlight in red any vehicles with unusual fuel data that may need your attention.

Works well with...

The fuel section takes the vehicle data collected from the Fleet section, uses refuelling data from Fuel receipts, and can even show you the routes taken doing a certain period of time to relate them to fuel usage.
