Features
Important fuel data, all in one place
On one side of the Fuel chart section, you can view all fuel-up and drain events, along with any fuel receipts you’ve uploaded. On the other side, there’s a detailed table with important data, including mileage, ignition time, fuel type, amounts of fuel added and drained, consumption rates, and average fuel usage.
You’ll even get a preview of the fuel graph for each vehicle, group, or depot, based on the time period you’ve selected.
Unified fuel and energy consumption
The Fuel & EV Summary gives you a complete view of fuel and energy consumption across your fleet. Track usage by fuel type—with support for multiple fuels and custom sub-types—alongside distance traveled, total consumption, and automatically calculated average consumption. All your fuel and EV efficiency insights come together in one place, making it easy to spot trends, compare performance, and optimize efficiency across vehicles.
Detailed fuel graphs
You can easily track and analyze fuel-ups and drainages for any vehicle over any time period with our fuel graph. This tool gathers data from both fuel sensors and the vehicle’s CAN, providing you with a detailed view of how fuel is being used. Whether you want to check a specific vehicle or an entire fleet, the fuel flow graph helps you spot trends, monitor fuel consumption, and ensure everything is running efficiently.
View all refueling events
In the Fuel refills section, you’ll see a table that lists all refueling events. It includes details like the date and time, location, the amount of fuel before and after refueling, and even the difference between the two.
This data is collected from both the CAN and any fuel level sensors you have, ensuring you get accurate and complete information.
Works well with...
The fuel section takes the vehicle data collected from the Fleet section, uses refuelling data from Fuel receipts, and can even show you the routes taken doing a certain period of time to relate them to fuel usage.
Use fuel management together with our Driver Behaviour monitoring software that indicates fuel-wasting driving patterns and identifies areas for improvement.
