What is the inspection status, and how is it tracked?
Updated over 2 months ago

The inspection status reflects the current stage or result of a vehicle inspection and helps fleet managers stay informed about the condition of their vehicles. There are 4 possible statuses for filled vehicle inspections.

Status

Description

Completion Status

Pass: All items of the inspection plan have been checked and marked as 'Pass'. The numbers indicate how many items must be checked and have been checked (4/4).

Completed

Delayed: The vehicle inspection has not been carried out within the set timeframe.

Not completed

Fail: The vehicle inspection is completed but the damages were listed. The numbers indicate how many items have been marked with the status 'Pass' from items available in the inspection.

Repaired: The inspection with 'Fail' status is marked as repaired (the damaged item has been repaired or changed). The numbers indicate how many items have been marked with the status 'Pass' from items available in the inspection before the inspection is marked with the status 'Repaired'.
