The Worktime solution helps you to track, review and edit employee work activity times, daily productivity scores and export worktime data for businesses to use for processes like wage calculations. You can find it in Driver Management ➡ Worktime.

It consists of two parts - the web platform for managers and the Mapon Go app for drivers and employees (field workers).

While we provide some default work statuses to get you started, our solution lets you easily add your own personalized work statuses. This gives you the flexibility to track your work in a way that makes sense for your team, helping you keep things organized and detailed exactly how you want.

With the Mapon Go app, your drivers and field workers can effortlessly register and track their activities while on the job. All they need to do is select a work status and tap Stop when they're done, allowing the app to handle the rest.

Simply enter your employees' daily working hours (like 8 hours), and the system will give you a color coded score showing what percentage of those hours was met. Plus, you can customize the percentage ranges to fit your specific needs, making it easier to track performance!

Get a complete overview of your employees' tracked activities with our monthly view, where you can see the total hours worked, unproductive hours, and overall hours for the month. Plus, check out the 'tracked times' tab for a detailed breakdown of all activities, allowing you to select any date range you need. It's a great way to stay on top of your team's productivity!

Easily add and edit your employee's activities, directly from our platform. Plus, employees can also edit their registered work times using the Mapon Go app, and once they make changes, you’ll have the final say to approve or reject them from our web platform, helping you keep an accurate record of activities.

Automatically track and register when an employee was driving. For this, your employee will simply need to select a vehicle in the Mapon Go app (a vehicle with a telematics device) before they start their shift. Our system will also track start and end addresses, without the need to input them manually!
